You get a private URL from the first week and watch it fill in. Every Friday there is something new to click and something specific to react to, and you are talking to the person who wrote it rather than a project manager relaying it.
Launch, then hand over the keys
We point it at your domain, check it on real phones, and give you the code, the accounts and the documentation. Nothing is locked to us. We stay available for whatever comes next because you want us there, not because you are stuck.

- How long does a project take?
- A focused marketing site is usually three to five weeks. A platform with logins, payments and an admin area is typically two to four months. You get a real estimate in writing before anyone commits.
- Do I own the code at the end?
- Yes, entirely. The repository is in your name from day one and every account we set up is registered to you. If you ever want to move to another team, nothing has to be rebuilt.
- Can you take over a site someone else built?
- Often, yes. We start with a short paid audit so we can tell you honestly whether it is cheaper to repair or to replace. Sometimes the answer is to keep what you have, and we will say so.
- How much does a website or web app cost in Sri Lanka?
- It depends entirely on scope, and anyone quoting before seeing yours is guessing. What we can promise is the shape of the answer: a fixed number in writing after scoping, never a day rate that grows quietly, and a breakdown of what is and is not included so you can compare it directly against any other quote you are getting.
