The stack behind most of our work is deliberately mainstream, because the point of a well known tool is that another team can pick it up. Novelty is only worth it when it removes real work.
We use AI seriously, and review it harder
AI writes a meaningful share of our code and speeds us up considerably. It also fails in ways that look convincing, so everything it produces goes through the same review as anything else, plus automated checks for the mistakes it tends to make.

We are built around graduates learning from seniors. That is a deliberate model rather than a compromise, and it is worth explaining how it protects you instead of asking you to take it on faith.

Nothing ships without a senior reviewing it
Every change is read by an experienced engineer before it reaches you. The review is written down, and the standard it is held to is published in this repository rather than kept in someone's head.
Architecture is decided by the people who have been burned
Structure, security and the decisions that are expensive to reverse are set by seniors up front. Juniors then build inside that shape, which is where the learning happens safely.
